Hog Roast
At Country Flavours, we understand the importance of the cooking as well as the product sourcing, To ensure this Lawrence has created our own slow oven on wheels which provides a real theatre experience to guests when ordering a hog roast.
We ensure our hogs are all individually selected from our local butcher Graeme Barber in Alford, requesting wherever possible females as they are so much sweeter ☺. We then rub the hog with our own herb salt mixture and cook for around 10 hours, the meat will be so succulent that your guests will definitely remember their Country Flavours hog roast. Our chef will carry the hog on a stretcher to our service area and will create the pulled pork for your guests.
